How can I order Rocky Mountain Hardware?
What is a patina finish?
The bronze's patina is a living finish that develops as the product ages. During production, the bronze's oxidized hues (patina) are enhanced through an element bath. Touch, climate, and weather exposure will continue to change the bronze's color, sheen, and texture.
Rocky Mountain Hardware considers wear due to climate and use as the patina's natural aging process, which enhances the appearance of the bronze. As a result, Rocky Mountain Hardware does not guarantee product patina finishes and will not repair or replace patina finishes under the product warranty.
What is Rocky Mountain Hardware's warranty policy?
Rocky Mountain Hardware stands behind all of our bronze products with a lifetime guarantee on material and workmanship. In addition, the internal mechanisms, including all locks, latches, etc., are guaranteed for 50 years from the date of sale to the original user. Rocky Mountain Hardware will repair or replace the defective product or parts that fall within these guidelines. When necessary, a proof of purchase dated within the warranty period may be required. The patina finish applied to our bronze products is known as a “living finish” which means it will change with time, touch, climate, etc. Because each product will be exposed to a varying set of conditions, we do not warranty the finish of our products.
Rocky Mountain Hardware will not assume liability for any labor charges regarding the removal or reinstallation of the products; nor will we cover any freight, postage, or handling expense related to the product. Damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installation are not covered by this warranty.
What is Rocky Mountain Hardware's return policy?
Because all Rocky Mountain Hardware products are made to order, all returns are reviewed for approval on a case by case basis. Each return must be coordinated through the original showroom where the product was purchased. Returned product may be subject to a restocking fee.

How do I clean my Rocky Mountain Hardware sinks and other hardware?
The look of the bronze will change with time. Cleaning all surfaces with a mild soap, water, and a non-abrasive cloth will help the hardware age gracefully.
Water conditions vary across the country. Chemicals and minerals in the water and air can combine to have an adverse effect on the finish of plumbing fixtures. We recommend that you rinse away any traces of soap and gently dry with a clean, soft cloth after each use.
For any of our light or brushed finishes (white light, white brushed, bronze light, bronze brushed) you may use deoxidizing cleaner (such as Wrights Copper Cream, or Bar Keeper’s Friend) to bring the bronze back to its base metal finish. Then apply a high-quality clear paste wax to protect the surface. This process can be repeated as necessary. Do not allow materials such as toothpaste, nail polish remover, or caustic drain cleaners to remain on the surface.
How will salt and sea water affect the color of my Rocky Mountain Hardware?
Salt and sea water will hasten the aging process by changing the bronze's color, sheen, and texture.
